SENATE BILL NO. 46 "An Act relating to the Alaska Municipal                                                                     
Bond Bank Authority; authorizing the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank                                                                 
Authority to issue bonds or notes for a regional health organization;                                                           
and providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Senator MacKinnon, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent                                                                   
for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on                                                                 
page 1002. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection.                                                               
There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL                                                                            
NO. 46(FIN) "An Act relating to the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank                                                                  
Authority; authorizing the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank Authority to                                                              
issue bonds or notes for a regional health organization or joint action

Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.

moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on
